Max Sturgeon is an avid traveler and photographer. From Austin, Texas, he splits his time between the US where he works as an assistant director on film and television projects and travelling overseas on his photography projects. Max’s interest in photography started with travel photography that coincided with his passion to travel the world from an early age. That eventually evolved into street photography and now a more broad spectrum on photography.
Winner of multiple contests and awards, he’s published 2 books, “It’s the End of the World as we Know it, and I feel fine?” documenting the US thru a road trip during the Covid pandemic, and “Of a Different Stripe” documenting his trips to India and Bangladesh. Known for his flash photography Max also shoots a lot with analog/film and various other equipment and techniques and is ever evolving. He is currently working on multiple on going projects.
